Attack Tender 430
Fast, light and tough enough for daily resort work: guest transfers, supply runs, fishing, dive support and rescue standby.
Composite FRP boats for operators, charters and owners who use their boats hard. Each one is designed around where it runs, who drives it and what it carries every day.

A tactical 18° V-bottom that stays predictable in changing seas and gets the crew home when the weather turns. Lite, CC or Suite.
A one-off trimaran we designed and built for the South Gilis. Proof of what the yard can do beyond the production range.
Hulls, decks and parts are built in composites, with the method chosen for the job: vacuum infusion where it pays off, hand layup where it makes more sense. Materials come from certified manufacturers and we build past the minimum.

Photo updates through the build, quality checks, then a sea trial together.
Send the job, the water and the crew size. We'll come back with a boat and a price.
A 59 ft power catamaran for long-range exploration, cruising and charter. The hulls and bridgedeck are already built in our shed. Take over the build and finish her your way.
Hulls and bridgedeck complete; ready for superstructure and fit-out.

Built for the horizon. Relocate from Darwin to Bali for the season or run commercial charters between Phuket and Singapore. The 1.3 m draft takes her into the shallowest atolls, and the solid hull gets her there safely.
Unlike mass-production catamarans that rely on cored laminates, she has a solid FRP bottom. No core to delaminate, real impact resistance, and a boat you can beach, anchor in shallow coral and own for 20 years.

Every EssesWorks boat starts on our own screens. Hull lines, structure, layout and systems are drawn in-house, then built in the same yard.
The Diamond B26 began as a 3D model: an 18° tactical V-bottom, checked section by section before a single mold was cut. The same shapes now run in the water at 39 kn.

Bulkheads, stringers and the bridgedeck are modelled as one structure, so loads from the rig, engines and sea go where they should. These frames are what you see glassed into the catamaran in our shed today.
A tropical coastal cruiser designed to explore Indonesia's islands off the grid, with a balance between comfort and adventure.
Concept renders. Not yet built.

An 8.5 m sailing trimaran designed and built by EssesWorks for the South Gili islands. Designed for stability, comfort and real sailing.
Building the trimaran let us explore hull balance, structural efficiency and deck ergonomics outside our production boats. A trimaran needs precise weight distribution and structural consistency, which made her the ideal platform to test design ideas and construction methods.
What we learned on her now goes into every boat we build. Want something one-off like this? Talk to us.
What a composite boat is, how we laminate one, and why we choose different methods for different parts.
FRP, or fibre-reinforced plastic, is two materials working together. Glass fibre fabric carries the loads; resin locks the fibres in shape and seals them from the sea. On their own neither is strong. Together, laid in the right direction and the right amount, they make a hull that is light, stiff and does not rot or corrode.

There is no single best method. We pick the one that suits the part.

Glass is laid into the mold and wetted out with resin by hand, layer by layer. Flexible, quick to set up and ideal for one-off parts, repairs, tight details and smaller runs.

Dry glass is sealed under a vacuum bag, leak-tested, then resin is drawn through the stack. Less excess resin, lower weight and very consistent laminates on large parts.

Our hull bottoms are solid FRP: no core to soak up water or delaminate after a hard landing. Foam core is used where it helps, such as decks and superstructure.
Every hull moves through the same seven stages, tracked daily by the crew on the floor.

Waxed, released, gelcoated.
Hand layup or infusion, to the laminate schedule.

Our training covers composites from the basics: materials, hand layup, vacuum infusion and repair, taught on real parts in our workshop.
Plug to launch under one roof. A small crew that designs, laminates, fairs and fits out every boat we sell.
Every part is laminated in our own molds, using vacuum infusion or hand layup depending on the part, its size and its loads.

A small team delivering practical, creative solutions for structures, electrical systems and power setups. We engineer boats and their parts to industry standards and for real marine conditions.
